I’m sorry to hear what Purcellville Town is trying to do to the farm. I really like going there…tho it’s been awhile now. There is a quesion that I have and that is do you grow pickles for canning and if not do you know of anyone locally that does? Thanks

I need to ask if there are any late season apples. Are there any to be picked in October. Harvesting apples isn’t something I am familiar with, but I have heard that different kinds are harvested at differing times between September and October. I have a group that would like to come picking on a Sunday afternoon October 21st… but it might end up a pumpkin visit instead of an apple visit. This is just to enjoy the fall and to enjoy doing something as a group. Would appreciate you letting me know as soon as you are able. Thank you.
Normally there are some apples left by the end of October, but really it’s up to the pickers, the weather, and the trees.
We were there yesterday and there are plenty to pick! Even my 4 years old could pick some on his own! Good luck!
